To whom may one address an inquiry regarding her service record?

I must admit, I for one am intrigued about her journeys and the nature of her voyage. I am under the certain impression that I would not be the sole person intrigued as so, were the matter to be investigated.

If no specicifc appointments would have been made, by this time, but surely the vibrant tapestry of her crew may bear suit to qualities of the archival secretary and the noble historian — is it not so, I ask you?

I would ask the fates if they would answer to my meager form: Please, let her voyages not be lost to the history unrecorded.
