Phileas Fogg spotted in San Francisco!

Mr. Fogg was recently seen cycling through Mr. William Hammond Hall’s Park in San Francisco, California. Apparently, Mr. Fogg was negotiating terms with Emperor Norton in regards of a new branch of Legion Fantastique on the West Coast of the United States. We received a telegram reporting that Mr. Fogg, and our Chief Mechanic, Prof. P. Flockmocker, have come to equitable terms with The Emperor and are on their way home once more!
